Maidenhead AC compete in the Southern Athletics League which is a track & field league for adults and older juniors (U18 age group and older). Most track & field events are catered for: from 100m to 5000m on the track (including steeplechase, hurdles & relays) as well as all four Jumps (Long, Triple, High and Polevault) and Throws (Shot, Javelin, Discus & Hammer) in the field. There is no minimum standard required, however the team will be selected with the goal of maximising points. If you want to get involved, let one of the coaches know!
After a few years building momentum in Division 3 we won our division in 2024, securing promotion to Division 2. In 2025 we successfully retained our status in Division 2 South & West, finishing 13th of 18 clubs. In 2026 we go again, hoping to improve on that, but importantly enjoy competing as a team! See below for the fixtures for the upcoming season.
