Another fantastic race – great turn-out, good running weather, happy participants, smooth logistics.
Final results are now published. There have been three adjustments made from the provisional results published on race-day (at 13:30) that affect positions or category winners.
Early-bird registration for the 2018 race (£2 reduction) is now available through the Club website. Full-price entries via Runners World will open nearer the time. Please like our Facebook page for the latest updates.

Sat-navs: postcode is SL6 3QH. Car parking is at the end of Westacott Way at Maidenhead Office Park.
The route initially takes us to Point X. Then back to do a loop of the office park. The “country” section follows, as shown on the map, bringing the total to 10 miles. The White Waltham – Woodlands Park section is on a segregated pavement, otherwise on quiet lanes and a cycleway. The route is fully marshalled and generally flat – total ascent is 70 metres.

All competitors who completed the race should have received a souvenir medal. There were individual trophies and prizes for the overall race winners for the men’s (1st to 5th places) and women’s races (1st to 3rd places). There were also trophies for fastest veterans in the following age categories:
Men: 40-49,50-59,60-69,70-79, 80+
There was also a team award for the best men’s and women’s teams based on the total points score by race position of the first three eligible runners in each team.
There was one prize for each individual winning category and one prize per winning team.
